Is SparkPulse free?
Yes. v1.0 of SparkPulse is 100% free. There are no in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Do I need an account?
No. SparkPulse works fully offline with no account required. Your data stays on your device.
How do I log a meal?
Open the Add tab. Search the food database, scan a barcode, or use the AI Food Scan feature (with your consent) to identify food from a photo.
What is the AI Food Scan feature?
AI Food Scan uses Passio Inc., a third-party AI service, to identify foods from photos you take or upload. The feature is optional and asks for your permission before sending any photo. You can toggle it on or off any time in Menu > Privacy. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Where is my data stored?
All your meal logs, activity, and settings are stored locally on your device. Nothing is uploaded to our servers. Photos sent to Passio for AI analysis are not retained or used for training.
Does SparkPulse work offline?
Yes. The food database, barcode scanner, manual entry, and activity logging all work offline. The optional AI Food Scan and Oura sync require an internet connection.
How do I delete my data?
Go to Menu > Settings > Reset App Data. This clears all logs and settings from your device. Since nothing is stored on our servers, that's all that's needed.
How do I report a bug or request a feature?
